  • What are the different delivery methods ?

As a general rule, for each order, we offer 3 delivery methods:

* Home delivery without signature.

* Home delivery against signature.

* Express delivery against signature.

It is possible that, for economic reasons or unavailability of the service in the country or the zone of delivery concerned, we propose only one or the other mode of delivery.



  • What are the delivery times and costs ?

Delivery prices and times depend on the delivery method and delivery areas chosen, but we do our best to deliver on time. In unexpected cases, such as periods of health crises (Covid-19), large orders (Christmas, Black Friday...) or bad weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a fast delivery but we will provide you with a constant update on your order tracking.

Important: Please be aware that the health situation (Covid-19) changes on a daily basis, it is possible that one to several updates may appear on this page during the same week.


  • DELIVERY TIMES :

- Free shipping:

7 - 12 business days to the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe.

10 - 20 business days to the rest of the world


- Express Delivery:

4 - 7 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and Europe.



  • How long does it take to ship my product ?

Orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of your order. Tracking numbers will be updated and are sent via email 1-2 days after receiving the order confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number, simply email us at contact@ezymakeup.com



  • Can I cancel my order ?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order. If the item has already been shipped, to get a refund, you must return it within 14 days from the day the order was placed.

Please note: We only refund if your product does not match the description, is defective or damaged. Do not remove the product packaging.


  • I entered an incorrect address

No problem, contact us within 24 hours of your order at contact@ezymakeup.com

No refunds will be made after 24 hours of incorrect shipping, unless you send the package back to us.

 

  • Since the last update, delivery times may be extended by 5 business days.
